Lithium Battery Warranty
A 5-year warranty is provided from the date of delivery for defects caused by battery quality issues. Covered faults include the battery’s inability to charge or discharge, and a capacity reduction to less than 70% of its original factory rating.
This warranty strictly excludes failures caused by: unauthorized disassembly of the battery pack; incorrect wiring or short circuits; water ingress due to improper installation or use; exterior deformation from drops or collisions; use of an incompatible charger; excessive discharge current; long-term storage at low power resulting in battery degradation; environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) outside the recommended operating or storage range; and any other failures not stemming from the quality of the battery itself.

Maximum Labor Rate | Covers repair facility hourly labor rates up to a maximum of $120.00 per hour. |
Lifetime Limit of Liability | Total repair costs paid over the life of the warranty will not exceed $5,000.00 or the Fair Market Value of the vehicle at the time of repair, whichever is less. |
