This is a non-transferable warranty!

Non-Standard Accessories (Any original BREEZY manufactured equipment, accessories, and options purchased from BREEZY and field installed by an authorized dealer/distributor, including sound system, canopy, rear canopy supports, and other components) | 1 year |
Exclusions from BREEZY EV LLC Limited Warranty:
- Adjustments or repairs due to normal wear beyond the first 90 days.
- Routine maintenance items, cosmetic deterioration, and weather deterioration.
- Electrical components damaged by fluctuations in electric current.
- Repairs made by non-authorized BREEZY EV dealers.
- Damage or loss due to vandalism, theft, or Acts of God, including power surges or other uncontrollable events.
- Transportation charges and damage incurred during vehicle or charger transportation; field service for warranty is excluded.
- Parts replaced due to normal wear, including but not limited to:
- Tires
- Wheel bearings
- Brake shoes and brake system parts
- Light bulbs
- Windshield
- Painted tops
- Seat covers
- Tires, which are warranted by their respective manufacturers, are excluded from the warranty.
- The warranty is void if the unit is equipped with non-standard tires not approved by the company.
- Defective or damaged parts due to lack of proper maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Improper maintenance, such as leaving the vehicle uncharged for long periods or allowing the battery to die after full discharge, voids the warranty.
