The Summerfield Community of Lakewood Ranch does not allow Golf Carts to drive on the community sidewalks, bike paths, streets or nature trails. However, Street Legal Golf Carts or LSVs can be driven on Summerfield neighborhood streets (streets only).

You Do Not Have Access To The Shoppes Of Summerfield With A Street Legal Golf Cart

The Shoppes of Summerfield are located at the intersection of Highway 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, both of which have speed limits exceeding 35 MPH. As of 2025, there are no backroads through the Summerfield community that provide access to the shops.
