DACH Vehicles provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for its electric vehicles and components. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and covers parts but not labor or transportation costs. Coverage begins on the purchase date and varies by component:
Warranty Coverage Periods
- Lifetime Warranty: Vehicle frame.
- 5 Years: Full replacement for LiFePO4 batteries (personal-use vehicles only).
- 3 Years: Controller, electric motor, and rear axle.
- 2 Years: Solar panels and most other components.
- 1 Year: Windshield.
What’s Not Covered
- Routine maintenance, wear and tear, or cosmetic deterioration.
- Damage caused by neglect, abuse, accidents, vandalism, or natural disasters.
- Unauthorized modifications, non-OEM parts, or electrical alterations.
- Consumable items such as fuses, light bulbs, lubricants, tires, brake pads, and seat cushions.
Warranty Limitations & Voided Coverage
- Rental & Commercial Use: Battery warranty is limited to six months.
- Modifications: Any unauthorized part installations or electrical changes void the entire warranty.
- Neglected Maintenance: Failure to follow DACH’s maintenance guidelines may result in loss of coverage.
- Consumable items such as fuses, light bulbs, lubricants, tires, brake pads, and seat cushions.
Warranty Limitations & Voided Coverage
If you experience a covered defect, contact DACH Vehicles or your authorized dealer. The company will determine whether to repair or replace the defective part using OEM or reconditioned components.
