Return Policy

At Sharky’s Golf Carts, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our customers. To ensure full transparency and compliance with applicable advertising standards, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all sales and transactions.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made with Sharky’s Golf Carts are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to:
New golf carts
Used or pre-owned golf carts
Custom-built or special-order golf carts
Accessories, parts, and add-ons
Service work, repairs, and maintenance

Before completing any purchase, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order, inspect the product (where applicable), and ask any questions to ensure complete satisfaction.

2. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to reserve certain products or initiate custom orders.
Final payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of sale. Once payment is made, the transaction is final.

3. Custom Orders & Special Builds
For custom orders or modified golf carts, all specifications and build requirements must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and the purchase becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Inspection Responsibility
Prior to accepting delivery or taking possession of any product, customers are responsible for:
Verifying that the product matches the agreed-upon specifications.
Conducting a visual inspection of the unit.
Reporting any immediate concerns or discrepancies before acceptance.
Once accepted, the sale is considered final.

5. Warranty & Service Support
While Sharky’s Golf Carts does not offer refunds or returns, we fully honor all applicable manufacturer warranties provided by the brands we represent. Warranty coverage may include defects in materials or workmanship, subject to each manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and limitations.
Warranty claims are handled through Sharky’s Golf Carts service department in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Please note:
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
Warranty eligibility may require compliance with regular maintenance schedules.

6. Damaged or Defective Merchandise at Delivery
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must:
Notify Sharky’s Golf Carts immediately upon delivery.
Document the issue with photos, videos, and written description.
Allow Sharky’s Golf Carts to inspect and assess the issue.
If the issue is determined to be manufacturer-related and covered under warranty, Sharky’s Golf Carts will coordinate the repair or replacement in accordance with warranty terms. Refunds will not be issued.

7. Shipping, Delivery, & Pickup
All shipping, delivery, and pickup arrangements will be made according to the customer’s agreement at the time of sale. Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions. Failure to accept delivery may result in additional fees or storage charges.

8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, including custom orders or special-order items. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

9. Legal Disclosures
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted with Sharky’s Golf Carts, whether in-person, online, or by remote payment. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
This policy complies with applicable laws and advertising standards, including Google Ads requirements for clear refund and return disclosures.
