Unlike standard factory models, our Better Than New Custom Club Cars feature brand-new Navitas motors and controllers (for electric models), rebuilt gas motors (for gas models), eco lithium battery packs (for electric carts), and fully customized suspensions, seats, and audio systems. Every cart is stripped down to the aluminum frame, acid-washed, and meticulously rebuilt from the frame up.

Our Better Than New Custom Club Car Build Process
At Sharky’s Golf Carts, we don’t just refurbish old golf carts—we completely rebuild them to deliver a ride that outperforms and outlasts brand-new models. Every Better Than New Custom Club Car goes through an extensive, multi-step transformation process, ensuring durability, reliability, and a high-end finish.
- Step 1: Select the Best Club Cars: We carefully source 2-3 year-old Club Car models, choosing only the highest-quality carts that meet our standards. These carts serve as the foundation for our premium builds.
- Step 2: Full Disassembly & Frame Restoration: Each cart is completely stripped down to its raw aluminum frame. The frame undergoes an acid wash to remove any corrosion, dirt, or imperfections, ensuring a pristine base for rebuilding.
- Step 3: Premium Upgrades & Customization: Once the frame is restored, we rebuild the cart with all-new components: Upgraded suspension system and lift kit for a smoother, more stable ride Custom-selected wheels & tires LED lighting package, including headlights, turn signals, and USB charging ports Custom-painted body using 3-stage automotive-grade PPG paint Reinforced side rocker panels and bumpers for extra durability Brand-new Genesis G250 rear seat with cupholders and storage New Black Club Car Roof for a sleek, factory-fresh appearance
